at the end of journey's end, rose is sent back to pete's world with the metacrisis. rose had noticed prior to the dimension canon that there was something wrong with her. she heals faster, she hasn't changed visually since coming to live with peter and her mom, but she wanted to ignore it, she didn't bring it up to the doctor, she hasn't brought it up to her mom, she just wanted to pretend it wasn't there.about 1 year after journey's end, rose went to work and was asked by one of her coworkers (one who she wasn't close with) who are you? are you a new hire? she thought it was a joke, and decided to go about her day, annoyed.as more weeks went on, it started happening more and more often, with people closer and closer to rose. this was something she couldn't ignore she brought it up to her mom, who, upon reflection, started realizing that some memories she had of rose were starting to fade, to get blurry. this is when rose and the metacrisis started putting it together: this world was rejecting her, and her body was accepting her beyond a human level. for all intents and purposes, she didn't belong here, she wasn't human anymore.it didn't take her long to deduce that the time vortex had changed her in some way, it was still there, always lingering in headache form and bright lights in her mind, lights and headaches that had only gotten bigger and brighter since she went back to see the doctor. her body was changed, her head was changed, and always somewhere was a golden light that leaked into her head for brief, milisecond moments before it faded away.as time went on, more and more people began forgetting rose, people at work to even the doctor whom she was with. her mother started losing memories, but always appreciated the presence of rose as a figure around her house, yet each day became more difficult. she knew what she had to do, and talked to the doctor about it (who didn't really know her name, nor why she was at torchwood with him) and he explained that as much as it hurt him to say, for reasons he couldn't quite put a finger on, she would have to go back to her world. her original universe, where the time vortex that was tethered to her would preserve her memory.it broke her heart, but she was scared, and knew that if she stayed here, stayed in the world she never felt she belonged in: it would ruin time as they knew it. so she said goodbye to her mom, who hardly knew who she was but cried regardless, and hugged rose tight, said goodbye to her new doctor, to tony and her dad: and she used the dimension hopper one more time, and went back to her home dimension.upon arriving, rose went looking for someone to help, in doing so she stumbled back upon an old "friend": unit. when she explained herself, who she was, what she knew, what had happened back in pete's world, and they agreed to help her out, getting her documents, an apartment, some funds, and the name of her chosing. SARAH HARKNESS.heartbroken, alone, trying to find her way in the world, rose decided to work on the side for unit, occasionally helping them with their alien tech, alien knowledge, and so on... causing her to start doing her own independent work as well. she never wanted to seek out the doctor. it would only hurt too much.working as an independent contractor, she stays with unit for 110 years. in this time she asks unit to help her study her dna, tell her why she isn't aging. they find that her telomeres are shortening at an extremely slow rate, despite this, her cells have the ability to divide rapidly and safely. this is an action that has future consequences for rose, as someone on unit's team took rose's dna for their own personal studies: creating a serum that speeds up healing, and slows aging.(more to be added later)!

✧ CANON. any interactions that take place within the canon timeline of seasons 1-4, with anything after falling either into her main verse or any of the verses below.✧ LONE TRAVELER. following the events of journey's end, rose is returned to pete's world by the doctor as he believes that's where it's best to be. she tries to fight back but he gives her a piece of a tardis and some information to grow her own tardis so she travels on her own.✧ A ROSE BY ANY OTHER NAME. following the events of journey's end, rose and the metacrisis have a nice life together in pete's world, that is... until rose 'dies' of old age, and is instead regenerated. click here for more.✧ GODDESS OF TIME. when the bad wolf was made, and before it was destroyed, it used the powers of the time vortex to create a clone of itself, left back in time. this version of itself maintained all the power and knowledge it had, including the ability to wipe things from time, change events, reach across timelines to move through time as it wishes. over time, this version of rose became worshiped as the deity "bad wolf". she uses her powers to provide good fortune to others by changing things in their timeline to set things up for future benefits.

✧JOURNEY'S BEGINNING. following the events of journey's end, the metacrisis dies, and the doctor doesn't see why rose would have to return to the parallel universe. she pleads with him to let her stay and he agrees. whether or not she stays with the doctor here can be plotted out. these events could also be combined with her lone traveler verse.✧ BAD WOLF. in which the bad wolf is a physical entity split from rose and created to spread across time. instead of just messages, the bad wolf takes temporary physical forms to protect the doctor or act as a companion following difficult events. the bad wolf is not rose tyler, but a split piece of herself sent throughout time that will disappear after its use has been completed each time.✧STAR WARS. jackie and rose, a merchant family, started having strange occurrences, all predicted by rose in slight flashes of light. jackie tried to keep rose's visions a secret, but they started happening more often, and included more and more people around town. she predicted deaths, accidents, times when the empire was coming to their planet, and more. rumors of a merchant girl with the ability to see the future (lovingly called the 'bad wolf' by rose herself) reached the empire, and they sought out to find her. rose saw this vision and decided to go on the run, leave her home planet and hop from place to place to stay away from the empire and their want to use her visions for their own gain.
